We were running late and got to the store at 10:35 and they had not even started making the food.(that’s 25 minutes AFTER we were told it was ready) There was only one worker in the store blaring music and he completely ignored me for 10 minutes until my friend came to check on me and he finally acknowledged us. This made us late to an important event and was absolutely terrible customer service. We will not be back. This is not the only bad experience we’ve had with this papa John’s location.
