Server was amazing! I am gluten free and most restaurants dont understand what that means. She got my food correct first try even when I forgot to ask for no croutons they weren't there.

Service was awful. Wait time was extra long. Waited forever for a bloomin’ burger to only receive regular cheeseburger-no bloomin onions or sauce, but soggy lettuce to replace them. Hair on my plate. Right in the middle between said burger and the baked potato (which also only had sour cream). Cheesecake was frozen. Baked potato soup “bowl” was a cup. All in all, thank you but no thank you. Not sure what happened to this restaurant in the past few years, it used to be a decent establishment. Not anymore.

Visited yesterday afternoon hoping to check out their beer selection and grab a quick bite — what a disappointment. I walked up to the bar, which was nearly empty with only one other customer, and was completely ignored. Someone emerged from the back, never once made eye contact, grabbed a few things from the bar, and disappeared back into the kitchen without so much as a glance in our direction. No greeting, no acknowledgment — nothing. To make matters worse, not a single hostess or front-of-house staff member bothered to welcome me at the door. In a near-empty restaurant with minimal foot traffic, there is absolutely **no excuse** for this level of indifference. Here's the hard truth: if your staff can't be bothered to acknowledge a customer when the restaurant is practically dead, imagine the experience when it's actually busy. This isn't just a minor inconvenience — it's a fundamental failure in basic hospitality. **Every single person** on your staff — hostesses, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff passing through — should be trained to greet and acknowledge guests. It's not complicated, it's not asking too much, and frankly, it's the bare minimum. If a restaurant doesn't value its customers enough to offer a simple hello, then customers shouldn't value them enough to spend their hard-earned money there. **Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually wants your business.**

Vine muy emocionada a este lugar por primera vez. Y la verdad es que debo ser sincera. No me encantó.
