I have been coming here for months. There has always been one major problem with their soda machines. Every time I order a Dr. Pepper, it never tastes like Dr. Pepper, it always tastes like diet soda. I have came in several times exchanging the soda for something else and have reported the issue to management. They said they are waiting on corporate & Coca Cola to fix the issue, and it’s been months to no avail. I told my self never to order Dr. Pepper from them, but I forgot tonight, and instantly got reminded when I took a sip:-( There was also another time when I ordered orange juice and it was served to me with a light color to it, I could tell something was off. I tried it and sure enough, it was watered down. I rated 4 stars for service because every time there is a problem, they respond to it like it’s a normal occurrence, with little to no empathy.

I just placed an order through Uber eats for the big Mac bundle and everyone knows the big Mac comes with lettuce and pickles and sauce and me and my grandmother got none of it just two patties cheese and the buns no sauce no lettuce or pickles fries barely salted highly disappointed in this not worth it at least they remembered the tomato's and the tomato's we paid extra for they also forgot the diced onions and me being a former manager in the kitchen industry burgers were also chewy as well asked for plain got well done instead

The kiosk rings me up for $0.00 for dipping sauces; check. No problem…..right. Now I know some places say you have to pay for extra sauces. Which I’m totally cool with. Since I used the kiosk not one of your employees or manager communicated that I would have pay for extra sauces; while I was waiting for my order to come out. When I did get my food explained to her the kiosk rung me up for 0.00; she then got an attitude.

It took too long; I waited 24 minutes for a couple of hamburgers and some small fries. The staff was very bad.

I could overlook the grimy touchscreen when ordering inside, and 3 empty hand sanitizer dispensers, and vagrants outside the entrance, but I discovered my simple order of Hot Tea with cream and sugar had no cream and no sugar only after I was miles away on I95 northbound. Such a simple order and somehow they managed to get it wrong.
