- LMLisa MayDec 25, 20251.0What should have heen a short McDonald's stop turned into a wild and hour long ride. Everywhere was closing up and my mom and I stopped in here as a last resort. I tried to order at the kiosk after waiting at the register for five minutes with no acknowledgement. Unfortunately, the kiosk took me through all the steps and told me to pick up a pager, which they didn't have set up, so I couldn't order on there either. I waited another ten minutes at the register before the lady, who saw me multiple times, acknowledged my presence. Upon ordering I was told it would be a long, long wait because the order in front of us had 14 burgers. No big deal, except that long wait was accompanied by everyone else who ordered after me getting their food first and the workers standing in line of sight scrolling on their phones. There was also a point where a male worker opened the register, took all the money out of the till, and took pictures with it!?!?! What!?!? Insane that he still has a job. Got my diet coke and nugs in the end.

Cashier left for the day (I think) about 2 customers in front of us and no one came to the register for over 5 minutes. Then she took an order and would just walk away for 3-5 minutes. Customers approached other people behind the counter with questions and were ignored during several attempts for assistance. Restaurant was filthy, bathroom was filthy and not stocked. Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.
