I finally grab this black guys attention and he looks at me like I'm a criminal. If you want your food fast and aren't black id suggest going somewhere else to get better service.

They did not answer the drive through so I drove around to the window, there were two people in there closing down and refused to serve or talk to us. Just a little disappointed in this establishment.

I politely ask if I could order a steak instead of sausage in the pick up window and willing to pay for the price difference, the manager said “I’m not doing that “ with an attitude and meanest way. He could’ve simply told us to go back in line, but instead he didn’t.

As a customer it feels disrespectful to have our time wasted repeatedly I strongly recommend that management reassess staff training and customer service standards This location has potential, but leadership needs to step in and fix this
