- TGTom GNov 10, 20252.0Went for breakfast and when I got out to my car found the coffee ice cold, went back in and they were making a fresh pot. They gave me the cup and never asked what I wanted in it, I noticed it had cream but when I asked about sugar they didn't seem to understand what I was asking, I said I wanted 3 sugars in it and they didn't understand. I finally asked for 3 packets of sugar and left, very poor service, they didn't want to help people at the register but kept saying use the order board. My wife went in to order a meal for herself and ended up walking out, since they acted like they couldn't hear her and the line was growing. This has to be the worst McDonalds I ever stopped at, I saw multiple leave in frustration. Will not go back to this location again.

Some of the employees have earbuds in their ears the others have an elementary level understanding of English. I understand good workers are hard to find but I find it Absolutely ridiculous to have bad service in the dine in. They avoided me and the manager tried to give my food to someone sitting down when I was standing right at the counter.

She stated: "I'll see if I can find some" It took over 5 minutes for her to come back with 1 pack of ketchup. Just go to a different location this one sucks. Cold fries and overly salty burgers.
