  We just visited this location and the customer service we received from Jonathan was amazing. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and accommodate our every need (and we were a bit needy). If you haven’t visited this location lately, I highly recommend that you do!! Jonathan recently became the general manager and he is doing great things and the donuts were fresh and so good!!!!

  My family and I had an amazing experience here while visiting from out of town. We ran into some car trouble nearby, and one of the kindest employees—unfortunately I didn’t catch his name—went out of his way to show us genuine kindness. That positive energy meant more than he’ll ever know. We’re truly grateful and appreciate it so much.

  This Krispy Kreme location completely messed up our drive-thru order, even though we repeated it multiple times. We ordered 6 glazed, 4 Christmas wreath, and 2 strawberry sprinkled, and were only given 2 wreaths and 1 strawberry. That’s not even close to what we asked for. To make matters worse, the lobby was closed, so we couldn’t go inside to fix the mistake. We weren’t about to sit in the drive-thru line again and deal with the same confused, rude employee who couldn’t get the order right the first time. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and a waste of money. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  This has been by far the WORST Krispy Kreme restaurant I've ever been to. The last 3 times over the past year and a half I've been here has been a bad experience. Between the food being subpar, the employees being rude, everything on the menu is gone before 8:45pm including coffee, the speaker for the drive thru barely works (you have to turn your vehicle off just to hear the employees), the whole lobby is closed but you still wait more than 40 mins in the drive thru with only a few cars in front of you. Im surprised that corporate for Krispy Kreme hasn't done anything to fix this restaurant. I would not suggest going to this specific restaurant to anyone!

  Placed an online order for 16 mini donuts & a dozen regular glazed. Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7:23. I arrived around 7:20 to a restaurant with it's dining room closed and it's drive-thru wrapped. I finally got to the speaker at 7:56, only to be told there were no mini donuts available & that they were substituting them for a regular half dozen. (Not even remotely close to being a far trade off, monetary speaking). Upon receiving the donuts, they were chilled. Not luke-warm, not hot & ready... Like they had been sitting 30 mins cold! The employee stated he was the only one who showed up this morning and to his credit he was attempting the impossible, but still leaves this establishment with absolutely no excuse. I will never, ever patronize this establishment again & seriously doubt I'll ever do business with any Krispy Kreme in the future. Utterly pathetic would be the best definition of my experience this morning. Shame on every single member of management & ownership of this particular store; & shame on the entire Krispy Kreme franchise for allowing such an iconic brand to disintegrate into such an oozing, cesspool of incompetence. It's now perfectly clear why "America runs on Dunkin"!
