    Came by to see the lobby was closed and a line wrapped around the building that wasn’t moving. Saw employees inside just sitting around, why have the lobby closed? All Krispy Kreme locations are like this now, why?

    Was told that they can’t make any coffee drinks whatsoever. We settled for a strawberry frozen drink that came out half melted with a watery consistency. We were given a refund and then tried to order a Coke, but that request couldn’t be filled because they were out of Coke.

    Always out of the specialty donuts. Pumpkin Spice donuts are still on the menu even though they don't sell them. Very very slow and dismissive employees that would rather have conversations amongst themselves. The lobby is closed for no reason and have to use drive thru only.

    I have visited the establishment with a Too Good To Go reservation and was looking forward to it, only to find nobody inside. I visited at 9PM, a good hour before the 10PM time listed, but there wasn't a soul in that building. I am now donutless and awaiting my refund. Can't have anything nice.

    $18 for a dozen doughnuts - OUTRAGEOUS! I can no longer afford Krispy Kremes. Did not purchase and left without my order. Lobby is shut down and it still takes 30 minutes in the drive through to get your order. Krispy Kreme has lost a diehard fan!! It is no wonder that physical stores are closing.
