After 20 minutes and at least 8 customers coming in, ordering, and then getting their food I asked again. I guy then when around and found my food sitting on a shelf. I asked why it was sitting and he just shrugged and walked away. I then had to take the cold food back to my pregnant wife. This is the worst customer service I've had in years.

The trash cans were overflowing, among other negative aspects that damaged the brand's image. We will certainly not return to this place. A sad observation.
