This establishment is the absolute worse one we have visited so far. We ordered 2 little cheeseburgers and a regular fries. The burgers were acceptable but not the standard normally associated with 5 Guys. The biggest disappointment was the fries. For a regular fries, we received 17 very cold and soggy fries in a bag the size of a McDonald’s small fries. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, they dismissed my concerns and went back on their phone. Extremely disappointed that one establishment can take your love for their product and make you question wether you will visit any other location again

When I arrived at the door, the posted hours also said open until 3 AM. However, they were closed. It’s extremely frustrating as a customer to rely on posted business hours, make the trip, and then find the doors locked with no notice or explanation. If hours have changed, they need to be updated online and on the door. This was a disappointing and inconvenient experience, especially being from out of town.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
