They told me to wait at the second window because my food wasn’t done. I got my drink first but it took 10 minutes for my food to come out. Even one of the employees was like, “What did you order again?” It made me feel forgotten about. When my food did come out, my sandwich had the wrong cheese and my hashbrowns were burnt and cold. I’m more upset about the food I was waiting on and it was all wrong. I still ate my food because I’m not wasteful. I just wanted to share my experience with this particular Dunkin.

This includes the manager! Everybody can't be on drive- thru while you have people inside! They are unfriendly and don't welcome you in their establishment.
