  Whew as I sit stuffed 😔 I ordered a chicken bacon salad when I tell you I haven't had a fulfilling salad like that in a while got me with the itius and it's lunch time everything was on point not only was the chicken tender seasoned and warm I promise I'm not coming back 😁🤤 Thank you to young lady her customer service is seasoned to perfection!

  I have ordered several time in the past and everything was very good and the people were very professional. I tried to order today 02/23/26 and the online system wasn’t working. So I called the location on waters Ave . Just across the street from Stillwell towers where I live. I gave the order and had to repeat it several times. Although the person taking the order was nice she seemed unsure of herself. She put me on hold and someone else took over. He asked me to again repeat my order and address.i feel there is a complete lack of understanding or training . It shouldn’t be this hard to order a pizza. I’ll never try to do business with this company again. I rate the experience as a complete failure. Thank you L. Peavy

  Love, Love Love Donatos pizza, Never had any issues until recently, I get my 10 "pizza with a well done bake, the Wilmington Island location (RIP), always made it perfectly. The Waters Ave. Location has burned it twice, while I still get Donatos pizza, I just don't get a well done bake which is unfortunate, I just put it in the oven when I get home🫩
