I was super disappointed but when I went in the next day to get a refund issued, they made up for the mistake. I was given a complimentary order as an apology. Order was ready in about 15 mins. Both pizzas were beautiful and impeccably prepared. As nice as they looked , they tasted even better. Steven was the manager on duty tonight(1/6/26). He and his team knocked it out of the park….probably the best takeout pizza experience I’ve ever had. Nice work!

The speed in which my order is ready has always been top notch and the friendliness of the staff when I arrive to pickup is always on point. Thanks to Jaylen and the rest of the staff that work there you guys never disappoint.
- BLBrandi LeighNov 30, 20251.0ordered my pizza online. it told me a 45-minute delivery time. no biggie. at 7:09 I got a call saying my pizza just left the store and is on his way for delivery since i am less than 5 minutes from the store it will be less than half hour about 15 minutes early! awesome!. 45 minutes later I looked at the app. it still says out for delivery but has the delivery car still pinging at the store? so I called to check on my pizza. and after 10 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone. I was assured my pizza was in fact out for delivery and to please give them at least another 20 more minutes. it will be there for sure. 30 minutes later I'm calling back to the store. again, I was assured my pizza driver was less than 12 minutes away, i was his next stop. I wanted to cancel at this point but since I was the next one I was like okay. I'll wait. 20 minutes later I have my pizza and it was still hot fresh out the oven hot. I do not mind waiting for my food but being gaslit the whole way through is insane. I believe they are pushing them through to keep their times down for optics but honesty is definitely the best policy. if it's going to be 2 hours of getting pizza let me know. I honestly will wait.
