  Churchill’s Pub, which is located on Bay Street in Savannah, Georgia, is such a fun + lively spot! I recently stopped by with my boyfriend & a friend of ours while we were wandering around Savannah, GA during the wedding weekend of two of our close friends. We sat on the rooftop during our visit, and it was absolutely lovely! :-) Churchill's British Pub has such a great atmosphere, and we found that it was the perfect place to relax while exploring the area! During our visit, the staff were SO accommodating & genuinely kind, which made our experience here even better. The service was attentive without us feeling rushed, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our visit. Regarding their food, we tried the Pimento Cheese Croquettes, Spinach Artichoke Dip, and the White Truffle Mac and Cheese. Each one of these dishes was wonderful. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and perfect for sharing! I definitely recommend stopping by Churchill's if you are in Savannah and are looking for a great pub with delicious food & a fantastic rooftop experience!!

  We hosted a bridal shower at Churchhills Pub this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The food was fantastic — beautifully presented and delicious across the board — and our guests are still talking about it. The wine cellar space created such a warm, elegant atmosphere and made the event feel extra special. Margo was incredible to work with from start to finish. She was responsive, organized, and made the entire planning process seamless. Every detail was handled with care, which allowed us to truly enjoy the celebration. If you’re looking for a beautiful space with great food and a team that goes above and beyond, this is it.

  Had a really good evening overall — I’d say it was almost a 5 out of 5. The food was excellent and everything else went smoothly. The only downside was a small surcharge added to offset credit card processing fees. We had two separate bills and were charged $2, which felt unnecessary. If the goal is to cover processing costs, it might be better to simply adjust menu prices instead. Aside from that, it was a great experience and the food was definitely worth coming back for.

  The fried cod sandwich was superb. The fried green tomatoes with pimento and balsamic were very good. The poutine was great, the meat was so tender. My husband had the lentil pie and it was a huge portion of lentils. The food was good. The four of us would have much rather sat at a slightly bigger table. It was hard to squeeze into the booth and when my son's drink spilled, he ended up with it all over his pants because he could barely move to get out of its way. Staff was okay, nothing stood out as above and beyond or even good service.

  When we arrived we could see that there were a lot of vacant tables. We asked if we could be seated with no reservation. They told us the roof top bar had seating and we could go up. Keep in mind this is February. We inquired if there was heating and they assured us there was. Once we arrived only 2 of 4 of the heaters were lit. So lackluster start but we had coats so we persevered. The food was lack luster with far too much cheese in everything and the service was bad. I actually finally had to walk over to our waitress while she was talking with other servers and ask for our check. Upon leaving we saw that downstairs (heated and warm) there were still a great many empty tables more than 2/3 of the tables were empty. Once outside we saw there was an exceptionally long line of people grumbling about no tables being available. Wow. Our dinner took approx 1 hour and Jon exiting there just as many if not more empty tables. Yikes. Was it all just to create a false demand? No idea but we won’t be back.
