This is hands-down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Orders are always wrong or incomplete, food takes forever (up to 45 minutes), and when it finally arrives, it’s cold and falling apart. The tables are dirty, there’s never any ice, and the staff is consistently unhelpful.
On one visit, they completely forgot one of our meals, made us wait in line all over again, and then blamed us for their mistake; saying the burrito took too long to roll because it had too many salsas. Unbelievable. I won’t be coming back to this location.

They only had order online mode because somebody didn’t show up for work… when this happens, they should just give the food away for free

waited in line for about 30-35 mins because they are understaffed (which i understand)- once i got to the register i realized they made my bowl wrong, adding 2x the protein and therefore was rung up costing more because she doubled the meat for some reason - after calling her out on the price, the girl said id have to go back in line, so i did…..after she remade my bowl, she grabbed my old bowl with double the meat and threw it in the trash, not only wasteful but spiteful. - the girl wasnt wearing a name badge and refused to tell me so i took her pic. so i went back in line and waited for another

I went in and got a double chicken bowl the girl scooping the chicken ran out of chicken on my second scoop and gave me like three pieces in the second scoop instead of waiting for chicken. She continues my bowl down the line when I asked for more chicken, she tells me there is no more and I said I will wait and she said do you want triple chicken? And I said no I want the double chicken that I paid for. She continues to argue with me in line which is bad customer service and I still got charged for double chicken despite only getting like 1.2 serving not. If her customer service has been slightly better this wouldn’t have been an issue but not only did I not get what I paid for I was also argued with
