As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

She yelled “sO yOu WAnT tHe MeAl?!?!” I told her whatever it came with for $3.79. “WhAt ElsE?!” then I ordered the 2 for $5 checkerburger. I asked could I have the glorilla garlic toast bread on said burgers and she said “ We DoNt HaVe ThAt No MoRe!!” So I politely said oh I’m sorry, I just saw the sign out here on the menu board. Once again, only louder. “We DoNt HaVe ThAt No MoRe!!” Starting to become frustrated with this employees attitude, I told her that she didn’t have to be so rude, I’m only trying to place my order. I wasn’t even being difficult. I’ve worked customer service for 8 years and have never came across like this to anyone for any reason. I then see her through the window, proceed to pull her headset off and start yelling something inside. I drove off and she starts cussing at me through the drive thru window as I drive by. The rude young black lady working drive thru at 3pm Monday, September 22, 2025 was obviously bothered by me being there. I was disrupting her peace by being the only customer at HER JOB during HER SHIFT at WORK!
