  What an amazing spot in Savannah! I was looking for something upscale but not over the top and Chart House delivered at every level. Great atmosphere, wonderful Service from my server Joel, and the Food was Excellent. I wish I had found it sooner so that I could enjoy it again before I return home. Highly Recommended

  The food was excellent as always. I always stop here when I come through Savannah. The prime rib is the best in the business. Paige saw that my daughter didn't like her pasta and they made a special meal with a cream sauce just for her. Thank you Matthew and Paige for making everything right. We will be back

  Absolutely Awesome place to have that special dinner.. Kim is the Best ever.. Kim listens to her guest and interacts with everyone. I brought a few friends from Arizona and they had the Fried Green Tomatoes for the first time which was a great treat. Matt (GM) came around multiple times checking on us and interacting with our table. If you want great food, great atmosphere, great service…. Visit Charthouse because it’s the BEST..

  Recently went there first dinner. Arrived early when it wasn't busy. Waited over an hour for our dinner. When it arrived at our table, there was only one plate. So we mentioned to the server that one of the plates we're missing. The waiter came back and stated he thought we we're sharing one plate. How 🤔 ❓️ did he hear one plate of food. So he suggested we share the plate, or order another plate that would take over an hour. He wasn't accommodating at all. We asked for the manager and he never came. So finally we shared one plate. Which I didn't eat much at all. To say the least, we were very upset. My husband went to find the manager and the manager was worse than the waiter. He was so bad he messed up the bill three times over charging us. As a manager, he should have apologized and said don't worry about the charges. Very poor service and management!!!!!!

  Serviced started off what seemed to be a good night however the time to table was very long and we got checked on very minimally… first drinks were ok, and after about a 45min wait we had to ask our server for new drinks in which he came back with nothing but ice cube like some sort of rundown bar. Food was bland and tasteless, I got the filet mignon with “blue cheese butter” which was actually just blue cheese crumbles. Oh and we found a hair in my dates margarita and the server asked if it was blonde (implying it was her hair) and offered no apology? We were also greeted with having that drink and the replacement on our bill! We weren’t asking for much… anyway the hype isn’t worth it. Avoid
