  Robin and Quana was so Friendly and helpful to me and my son. It was our first time and they were so helpful they offered things to try to make sure we get exactly what we like. I would definitely come back just for that experience alone.

  Listen… this was only my second time at CAVA and I’m already obsessed. The vibe? On point. The service? Top-tier. The staff had great energy, helped me build the perfect bowl, and literally made the whole experience fun. And the FOOD? Oh my gosh. Fresh, flavorful, and straight-up addictive. Every bite was fire. The portions were generous, everything tasted clean and seasoned just right, and the flavors hit every single time. CAVA is definitely the place to be — if you’re not eating here, you’re missing out! I’m already planning my next visit. 🔥🔥🔥

  My experience at CAVA was beyond incredible thanks to Rob. From the moment I walked in, he treated me like I was the most important customer in the entire restaurant. His energy was unmatched — friendly, upbeat, and genuinely happy to help. He perfected my bowl like an artist, double-checking every detail and making sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. Rob didn’t just make my meal… he made my DAY. Customer service like his is rare. He deserves a raise, a promotion, and probably his own CAVA location at this point. If every employee worked like Rob, CAVA would be the greatest restaurant on Earth. I’ll be returning specifically because of him!

  Nothing towards the sweet employees...but, this must be the SALTIEST food I've ever eaten in my life. I mean wow. 1st bite and I wonder, where on earth are the spices?? basil, garlic, oregano, paprika, anything besides a cup of salt? Had terrible stomach ache from it and know plenty of others who do not eat here from the same. Folks, salt causes inflammation and makes you retain water, i.e. weight gain. Salt is also the cheapest seasoning and is abundant in cheap, mass produced food

  Me and my family came here after a long drive because I was craving one of my favorite places to eat. Everything was going well until we arrived around 9:00 PM. They were already preparing to clean up, but we decided to order anyway. A young employee began making our bowls and seemed a bit confused when we ordered extra chicken (which we were told would have an additional charge). Somewhere in the communication, he must have thought my husband wanted honey chicken instead of regular chicken. When I reviewed my receipt (as I always do), I noticed we were charged for honey chicken when my husband only asked for regular. We politely asked if we could get a refund for the honey chicken that was added by mistake. The cashier said it was no problem and that she would fix it once her line went down, so we sat inside and ate our food. A manager named Jashun came out shortly after, being rude to customers in line, thinking they were the ones with the issue. One of the customers even told her, “I don’t have an issue, it’s them,” and pointed toward our table. The manager responded, “I don’t need to take it up with anyone.” I stood up and clarified that I was the one who had asked about the refund. She then snatched the receipt out of my hand, asked if I wanted the bowl remade (which I didn’t), and when I said no, I just wanted a refund for the incorrect item, she said, “Well give me the whole bowl back then.” My husband handed her the bowl, and I told her she could keep it since her attitude made me lose my appetite. She said she had processed the refund and that the money would go back on my card, then aggressively handed the receipt to me and said “Goodnight.” A police officer who was in line even noticed how unprofessional and disturbing her behavior was. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice meal after a long drive. The issue was simple, yet the manager’s behavior made it unnecessarily disrespectful and stressful. Please be mindful of who you put in charge—this level of customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location again.
