  Had such a great experience today at CAVA! Meri did an amazing job preparing my rice, dips, and protein — everything was perfect. Dee finished my bowl with the toppings and was so friendly and efficient. Rita at the register was super pleasant and made checkout quick and easy. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and really made my visit stand out. Definitely appreciate the great service!

  I had such a great experience at CAVA, thanks to my amazing server Rob! He was incredibly attentive, kind, and made sure my order was perfect from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience—his attention to detail really stood out. I ordered a grains and greens bowl with chicken, cucumber, tomato, pita chips, feta, avocado, tzatziki, red pepper hummus, and Greek vinaigrette—it was absolutely delicious. Every ingredient was fresh and flavorful. The fried pita chips on the side were perfectly crisp, and the tangerine lemonade was the refreshing cherry on top. Rob made the experience even better with his outstanding service. Highly recommend this location—and definitely ask for Rob if you can!

  Kia was every helpful her and her co worker explain all the food to us. We were new coming in and they were very nice and patient with us. miss Kia and her coworker took their time and did a great job. I’ll give them five stars.

  I tend to order cava quite a bit for lunch since my job is close, but I have noticed the past few times I have been the bowls have been getting less and less. Today i picked up my online order there was barely nay rice and the bowl was like soup as well as half empty. Upon walking in there was a guy who saw me standing looking for this order was talking up front and looking at the orders in the table and then left to walk in the back with out an acknowledgment . I do not know what is going on but my last review was a 5star and i hope things get better there. Side note: they were not busy only 2 people in line and 1 waiting for pickup as well.

  This establishment is always cleanly and very friendly! My family often comes to get a clean meal, and this is one of the few places in Savannah that offers this style. Even with my family dieting they were still options for us to eat. I always appreciate the customer service and I highly recommend!
