  $22 for this. Never again not going back the staff doesn’t know how to do anything bad service. When you walk all you hear is staff talking and yelling across the room and food why would say choose 1 or 2 when you gonna charge. The worst location I’ve ever tried.

  Savannah really said “customer service? Never heard of her.” Between the attitude and the “working hard or hardly working” energy—it’s a whole vibe out here. 😂 Honestly, if we brought in some hardworking Mexican workers, this place would be running smoother than a taco truck at lunchtime. 🌮🔥

  I was excited that a Cava was coming near my home, so I didn’t have to drive to the one on victory drive but I will take that drive and never come to this location again. They should have taken their time with opening up. The staff doesn’t know a thing! They are completely lost and SLOW. They give smaller portions than any other cava I have ever been to. They are always out of food!! How fair is it for me to sit in line for 15 minutes just to get told they are out of the items I typically get on my bowl. The rice is hard, the meat is dry… both times I have gone since this location opened was a terrible. Just close it down…train your staff…and management…and maybe the reviews wouldn’t be so bad and you all haven’t even been opened a month.

  I went to this cava a few times since opening to give it a try. Food has been cold each time, small portions for what you pay. Staff? Completely lost. Someone needs to train them and get food warmers for that food. The prices are ridiculous for COLD food

  DO NOT COME TO THIS CAVA, they gave me over done crunchy rice that felt like I was bitting into sand of how bad it was cracking in my mouth, so I went inside again to get my bowl changed and they STILL GAVE ME THAT HARD RICE, I went back inside to at least get a different bowl and they gave me a 20 dollars gift card WITH NO GIFT CARD INISDE all it said was “free meal up to 20$ BY THE MANAGER ISRAEL” and she wrote it with sharpie. This is very unprofessional and disgusting.
