  The only good service or food I’ve gotten here was on their soft open. The rest of the time the staff are slow and act bothered that you’re there. There is a drive through but it isn’t manned (although there are no signs to tell you that). Sometimes it’s okay during the day, but evening service/portions/quality is terrible and by 8pm they act like they’re closed and put out that you’re there. I’ve tried so many times since they opened because it’s so close to my house, but honestly this is a terrible Cava location—Victory drive is not the best but much better than this one.

  We tried CAVA for the first time last evening and it was a huge disappointment. The customer service was terrible—employees were extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like we were an inconvenience just for being there. No greeting, no help, no courtesy whatsoever. On top of that, the packaging was horrible. Our order was poorly packed, messy, and looked like zero care was taken before handing it off. For a restaurant at this price point, that’s unacceptable. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience guaranteed we won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and take pride in both service and presentation—this wasn’t one of them.

  Placed an online order to be picked up around 7 tonight, pulled up to the window for mobile pickup, no one came to the window even though we saw someone looking at us, so we went in to pick it up. Once home, we found our pita bread loose in the takeout bag with no covering. One order included basmati and lentils, which were so hard it hurt to chew and got lodged in our teeth. We ordered the blondie and thought for a second they had forgotten it, but it was actually lost in the wad of napkins because it was the size of a small post it note. Got a good laugh from that at least. Quality, service, and portions were a letdown.

  I went to the new cava on mall boulevard not expecting much since the one on Victory Drive sucks, but I’m soooo glad they got it right with this one. The food is the same and just as good but the best part is that I can get in and out within 5-10 minutes. I stopped going to the one on victory because it was always at least 30 minutes to get my food and the staff was super lazy but this one is great! Staff always very nice and friendly and they looked like they care. I’ve been 3 times so far and I’m very please specially because there’s not much heathy options around here. I even downloaded the app because I plan on going at least once a week since is so close to my office.

  Ordered online and prepaid for pickup of 4 food items, we went to the drive thru as the signs directed and waited 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window, it wasn’t packed or busy at all. We gave the person at the window our order name and they closed the window and proceeded to ignore us at the window for over 30 minutes. A lady that had previously been in the drive thru line behind us who left the line then came up to our window and said we need to just go in so we could actually get our food since the service was bad. We would’ve just left at that point but we had ALREADY PAID for this food we ordered 40 minutes ago. Then we go in and get our food, bring it back out to the car and we notice we don’t have any of the sauces we ordered. We go back inside to tell them we don’t get our sauces and they said “oh yea we knew we are just out of some sauces”, so they just gave us no sauce??? And didn’t offer us to substitute anything??? Just a dry ass rice and meat bowl??? But by that point a person who seemed to be the manager interrupted the worker and said they actually did have the sauce so after about a 45-50 minute ordeal we finally got our food and sauces (mind you this was an order of three kids pita plates and one bowl). So basically this place has some of the worst service I’ve honestly ever seen, just like totally clueless and not helpful at all. Food was okay but it all got cold by that point so it was just an all around waste of time and money. Anyways go somewhere else if you wanna not rip your hair out having to deal w horrible service staff🙃
