I came in during a really bad day but the CAVA team uplifted my spirits without them even knowing. I ordered a steak bowl and it was made so well I completely forgot why I was so upset that day. Their teamwork, dedication, and passion to making authentic and tasty food will never go over my head. All the best to them. 🙏

First time! Customer service was excellent! Both servers greeted us, took the time to answer questions and allowed us to sample items that we were not familiar with. They were patient in our decision-making moments. The cost was reasonable. The food ensemble was great🤗! The warm pita chips were so delicious

Today a friend and I visited our regular Cava restaurant and were highly disappointed with the management at this location. We always have a great experience with the employees here which is why we were upset with seeing how the managers treat them. Specially with the manager Ro. When Ro was addressing an employee I was unsettled with how aggressive they became. The employees asked two simple questions and were met with hostility, eye rolls , audible sighs, and an elevated voice. I felt the need to leave a review as the people they were speaking to are younger and definitely needed someone to speak up for them. I’d hope that this will be addressed and resolved moving forward.

We went today, and the service was absolutely terrible, the employees are so rude and not helpful at all. At one point she was serving us and then sees her other coworker and starts talking to her in the middle of our serving, was just standing there talking to her and laughing and then comes back a minute later! It was super weird and unreal. Then we had asked for pita chips, which they are never ready btw we always wait like 5 minutes for them. But we still ordered them and decided to wait for them. After 5 minutes I decided to get up and ask for them and the employees have not prepared them or anything. They were just talking and laughing. Then after like 3 minutes they finally prepare them. It was so frustrating. And then I was hoping the manager saw it, but she was just on her phone texting the whole time while this was all happening. It was absolutely the worst experience ever at any Cava ever! Please go to the one on victory drive! Their service is 100x better! This is not it.

Dined in yesterday at this location amd was really disappointed. Upon walking in we witness the worker that was going to serve us stuffing her face with pita bread. As she continues to chew she greets us and asks us what we want. We tell her it's our first time at a cava and ask what she recommends and she tells us it's whatever we prefer. Ummmm....ok. We both get bowls and they were empty on so many itms and it was 1130 am which was only an hour after opening. She acted bothered we were even there. She filled half our bowls and further down the line a gentleman completed the bowls. He was not friendly at all and barely spoke 2 words to us. The sour cream and onion pita chips we ordered had to be made and he said he would bring them to our table. We waited 20 mins for those. We witnessed him place numerous orders of those same items in customers bags and trays after we ordered. The white sweet potatoes and steak were good but the dill dressing I asked for was loaded all over my bowl and really overpowering. I am going to try the other location in savannah and hope to have a better experience
