Boom boom shrimp were on point. Good service, not too busy which was nice. Overall an easy choice for dinner because of the name. The trout was really good too.

My husband and I chose Bone Fish Grill to celebrate our anniversary, it was the best decision we could have ever made. We walked in and was greeted with the biggest smile ever by Dee. After she took our name, she replied Happy Anniversary Mr and Mrs Edwards!! Dee walked us to the table and stated our waitress will be right you. We asked Dee to take a picture of us and she replied "of course, let me get a couple people seated and I will be right back." (great work ethic) By then we were greeted by Kaniya who make our experience phenomenal. Kaniya was very patient and gave us great costumer service. Very attentive to our every need. She should definitely teach a class.
I asked for the manager/partner to come out so I could bragg on her employees and I'll be darn, she was just as nice as everyone else. Jennifer was very personable and you could tell by the way her employees conducted themselves she is well respected and an awesome manager/partner to work for. Jennifer my hat goes off to you. Job well done and we will be back next weekend!!!!

It’s been over a year since I had the most appalling experience I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. While trying to enjoy what should’ve been a simple dinner, I bit down on something sharp and hard in my salmon — a metal **screw**. At first, I thought it might be a bone, but unfortunately, it was far worse. After chewing and swallowing a bit, I realized something was seriously wrong. I spit the rest out and found the screw lodged in the food.
I was understandably furious, but I kept my composure and calmly got the attention of the waitress. She, along with the manager, handled the situation professionally — no complaints there. The **real disgrace** began the moment corporate got involved.
I immediately sought medical attention, as advised by both the doctor and dentist, to ensure I hadn’t ingested something dangerous. When I reached out to corporate, their idea of “support” was a pathetic $75 gift card — as if that even begins to cover medical costs or the trauma of swallowing a screw. When I made it clear I was only asking them to cover my doctor bills, their dismissive response was, *“Oh, I guess the $75 gift card isn’t enough for you.”*
That level of indifference is not only insulting, it's a slap in the face to anyone who expects basic human decency from a company after a serious health hazard. I’ve spent over a year chasing answers, getting nothing but the runaround from a corporate office that clearly doesn’t give a damn about its customers once the check clears.
Now, thanks to their complete lack of accountability, I’m being forced to seek legal action — something that could’ve been avoided if they had shown an ounce of responsibility. This company has proven itself to be careless, tone-deaf, and completely unworthy of consumer trust.
