The workers clearly hate their jobs and will only move at a snails pace. Whoever owns the place needs their franchise license taken away and blacklisted from owning a franchise ever again. I’ve given this location a chance multiple times but every time my order is wrong, it’s almost impressive

If I purchased a twelve piece Bo Bites, I want twelve. 6 of them were the size on the right hand side and the other six we're non-edible, crunchy, hard crust, with no chicken inside. I frequent the drive thru often and everyone is so courteous. So I'm writing a review to let the public know that this $13 box is not worth the price if you are only getting 6 of 12. Please check your box, I will next time if I go, the only thing was, I was picking up several for other people and didn't want to dig through someone else's box. Next time I'll order the 6 piece. I wouldn't dare get the 12 again.

- RARebecka andersonDec 10, 20252.0Well today I went for breakfast and the service was not good.. the employees working in there were not polite and the food was mediocre at best, they forget half of our food that we ordered and rude at the drive thru window not even greating me and letting me know my order total, then proceed to drop my card on the ground and didnt have the decency to say im sorry ma'am... so I definitely do not recommend this bojangles... I have had better service else were!! Do better with the employees here bojangles. 🙄
