- JJjackflak7056Nov 16, 20252.0Went through drive through first. They have an automated system that is very quick to interrupt you to ask if there's more to your order. Several times. And when I asked it for a human to talk to, I waited for about 5 minutes before I gave up and went inside. Then I was ignored for a bit, though i was eyeballed by several of the kitchen staff.. Then the cashier was very standoffish. I was pretty polite and it took a couple for the counter employee to open up/relax. Unfortunately it took another ten minutes to get my order; and I was the only customer in the store. Food was good. Gravey was good. Sausage biscuits were good. Had a steak biscuit-it was good. I will give grace and believe they were busy with on-line orders.

The person who took my order disappeared and after ten minutes of waiting he finally came with my food. I found hair in my chicken sandwich, it was an old freeze dried chicken patty and no telling what else he did to it. Disgusting as it looked I just threw it away. Spent money just to throw in the trash. Never eat there again

No can I take your order or anything. I had to ask if she was ready to take the order because she didn’t open her mouth to say anything! It’s ridiculous & makes me not want to spend my money there based on the lack of professionalism. Do better or keep those kind of employees in the back
