This was a take out order that I picked up for my mom (a patient in the nearby hospital). She got the 1/4 Rotisserie chicken with a baked potato (with only butter), green beans and roll. I forgot to take a picture of it. The dinner looked great and she really seemed to enjoy it. The only reason I gave 4 stars for service is because there was no butter on the potato or on the side in the bag. Thankfully, she already had some butter from the hospital lunch that she didn’t eat.

Do not order any extra sauces. They will not place them in your bag. Food was not great this time. I called to speak to the manager, on the first call I was informed to just come back and get the sauces as the manager was busy. Then I later called back and suggested my money back and to speak with the manager. I was told the manager put the money back on my card. It is the principle of the fact that I wanted to voice my concerns to the manager as I was not pleased as this continues to happen each time to order. How do I know for sure the money was added to my card? Maybe I’ll see in 2-3 business days. Maybe this message will get the managers response.

Now first off I grew up in Savannah and I used to eat animals frequently. However I don't anymore. But my mother and son are Barnes chicken finger fanatics. My mother has been asking for some Barnes chicken fingers for a week now and I decided to run and get her some along with some crab stew. My mother literally dropped her jaw when she saw the chicken fingers pic below/above which ever. These fingers looked like they were crafted for a children's menu. But yet the same price. Barnes y'all aight to be ashamed of serving this to someone. Little dino nuggets is what it looked like. Plus the crab stew was sitting too long not being stirred.... $45.00 wasted on top of one of your biggest fans completely disappointed. Can't wait till my son sees his plate...omg

I used to like this place but wow has it gone down hill. It took our waitress 15 minutes to even take our order and she took the people that came in after us first. The food took 30 minutes to come out and for $23 a plate the size of the plates was very small. The lights hanging in the ceiling was extremely dusty and nasty. The food wasn’t really great at all and my toddlers fries were cold and hard. He didn’t when eat them. If a 3 year old rejects your food you know it’s gross. Our waitress was horrible and slow. I see why there was very few people eating there. I will never make the mistake of going back. The food was def not worth $70 for two seafood plates and a large fry 😒 not to mention the old ladies that was sat right behind us despite the whole restaurant being empty. they didn’t shut up the whole time arguing about the interstates and which one went where, and then started spraying fragrance which overstimulated my autistic son. What a terrible experience. 0/10 do not eat here unless you like slow service and cold food.
