Every time I come to this store, which I only come to because it’s convenient for me right by my house, The staff are rude and acting inconvenienced to do their job greet and say goodbye to the other Black people, but not me a white lady. I have an account I save the deals, I clip the coupons when things don’t come off at the register and you ask them about it They are very rude and dismissive, just like today 02/16 when I questioned some Romain lettuce that was supposed to be on sale, the manager comes over and says ‘inknow what lettuce this is and I know what it costs’ with a very rude arrogant tone of voice when I wasn’t giving them any problems I just let them know it wasn’t the right price. And I’m not just one of these problematic customers, I’ve worked in retail my whole life and I’ve been a manager so I know how challenging it is to deal with people on a daily basis, but you are Still supposed to treat people with decency and represent the reputation of that company. You need to be better and your staff members need to be retrained and be grateful they have a job. I’m not act like it’s a problem when they have to help somebody I won’t be shopping at this store again.
