  Apparently they had no food or drinks? But are open and had employees? Told me they had nothing and that was that. Literally laughable. I dont understand why the islands got this store. The other fast food places here are no better. Just not sustainable with our area unfortunately.

  I hate to pile on, especially when they are new, but it's an absolute disaster there right now. We waited 30 minutes in line for 2 donuts and an iced coffee. Plenty of staff running around, but none of them making the orders the priority. Training and time management is needed. At least they were polite.

  They opened wayyyy too soon, no donuts opening day. I ordered in the app so beware you won’t get your money back, I had to call the number attached to the app- guy who answered didn’t understand my very clear words & explanation. Dunkin coffee has always been bad, I just wanted 6 donuts 😭

  4/16*** update again , gave them 2 more chances yesterday i ordered a hot coffee pulled up to the window they handed me an ice coffee today took a sip of my coffee didn’t understand why it wa so sweet came home dumped it in my coffee mug to warm it and looked and it was black no creamer so i looked at the ticket they put 3 splenda and 2 sweet n lows in my medium coffee and no creamer 🤦‍♀️ I ordered 3 sweet n lows and 2 creamer , called to talk to manager sounded like a young kid offered for me to come back up I said no I will pass just wanted you to know this is 4 different days and all 4 times orders are wrong . Why open if you don’t have trained employees . So I don’t plan on trying any more maybe in a few months *** Update **** following day… gave it a second chance still no menu told me to look on the app 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ 2nd time two days in a row my order was wrong . First day ordered Avacado toast with bacon they forgot the bacon , 2nd day ordered avacado toast plain without the bacon and they put the bacon on it 🤦‍♀️ few cars ahead of me wait time wasn’t great . I feel like they jumped the gun opening also said they don’t have any of the cold brew drinks . … now to the first day ..Went in around 11 we’re only two cars ahead of me took FOREVER no menu it wasn’t working didn’t even have basic chocholate glazed donut the coffee wasn’t good either . Think they tried to open way to soon when they were half way prepared by the time I left cars were wrapped around the building . This will definitely be my don’t pick up from list when I’m door dashing . Hopefully it will get better but with no lobby who knows .

  Stopped by the new Dunkin’ on the way to work this morning and wow, they were slammed but still delivering smiles and stellar service. The drive thru line moved fast and my order was flawless. I also tried the chocolate covered banana iced coffee and y’all, it’s dangerously good.
