  Delivery was an hour later than the original estimate. Delivery driver, Sulaiman Vasco, was very rude, indifferent and disrespectful. We asked him what happened, why it took an hour longer than expected. He asked if we wanted him to take it back. We said, no, kids are hungry and need to eat, we just would like to know. He turned around and walked out the hotel doors, without saying anything. Order was placed at 7:22. Original estimated delivery time was 7:47-8:02. Tracker said pizzas were being inspected at 7:37. Then it all started to go downhill from there. Driver finally left the store at 8:06. The delivery estimate kept changing, jumping all over the place. It is unacceptable for two pizzas to be “inspected” at 7:37, leave the store at 8:06 and not arrive until 9:00 when we are just 10 minutes away. Wish we had not tipped in advance.

  Don't order for delivery unless you are willing to wait 3 hours. I 've ordered 3 or 4 times over the years and the tracker is useless. It appears to auto-update every 10 minutes or so. Anyway, per the tracker my order is out of the overn and has been undergoing a quality check for 2+ hours. I called the store and they are waiting for a driver, so I just cancelled the order. The pizza is tasty but the wait times are crazy.

  I only order here on Sunday's at like 10pm. On my way to stay on Southside for my days off. My Dude Laurence is always the one making my food. This man makes such a beautiful and delicious pizza everytime. Nothing special just a little pride in his work. He deserves a raise, he does a beautiful job

  Ordered salad, 1 stuffed cheese bread, 1 stuffed pepperoni cheese bread, 1 philly cheese steak sandwich,and 1 chicken Parmesan sandwich. What we got over an hour later we're cold stuffed cheese breads (no pepperoni), a salad that looked liked they thrown it on the ground, and my philly sandwich with more onions than anything else, barely enough meat to see. This place is a joke. My son is banned from ever suggesting it again. We've lived here for 30 years and they have had the worst management for the last 15 years. You'd think corporate would do something. In the photo, all I did was flip open the cold top layer of bread 😕

  I had to cancel my order. I ordered my food 1 1/2 hours before close. The store never informed me that my food would not be delivered until well after 1 am and the have no estimated time. Now me and my wife will go to bed without dinner.
