  I placed my order 3 hours in advance to have it picked up at 6:30. I arrive at 6:40 for them to say it’s just now going into the oven and no apology no nothing. I asked what’s the point of a timed order if it’s not going to be ready on time? Manager just shrugged his shoulders….. nothing was offered for the inconvenience and nothing was done and no sorry was given. Horrible experience especially being my first experience manager says verbatim “if you want to pick up at 6:30 tell us to have it ready by 6”

  Placed a curbside pick up and the tracker told me it was ready as I was already sitting in the car for 25-30 mins and no one came out. Went in and they said they were still waiting on my LG cheddar cheese. Waited another 10 mins and after being asked my name again, they went looking for the missing pizza to find out it was never in the oven. So I waited another 10 mins. When she handed me my order and I went through it I saw I had sauces missing. I asked for them and left. At this point it had taken 42 mins since I placed my order to get my food. I get home and none of the pizza is cut through. The pieces are ripping and falling apart when I try and pull them. The one pizza that had been done and just waiting on the other was now barely warm and the middle was sticking to the box. I called and told the manager about my experience and just wanted to let them know the pizzas weren't cut through. I wasn't even going to leave a bad review. But his was response was just 'ok thanks' no sorry, no trying to make the situation better. Im not looking for a refund but the customer service is definitely slacking. A simple 'Im sorry you had to wait a long time for your food and the pizza wasn't cut through, I'll definitely get with my team members so we can do better' would've sufficed. He instead just gave excuses saying they're cut right when he's on the oven but it's a new person on the oven currently. He sounded high or like he didn't give a crap. Gonna try and avoid this location next time if possible.

  Messed up my pizza once and I didn’t say anything. Messed it up twice and instead of making another or giving a refund they decided to send a delivery driver out with sauces so now I’ll have to tip them. They messed up my order and it’s costing me money somehow. Sadly this is the closest dominoes to me so I’ll just stop eating dominoes.

  Food sat at store for over a hr waiting to get delivered. Then I called the store to get a refund and no one would pick up!!
