  Absolutely appalled at the experience I just had. The only woman working the front was seemingly in distress and incredibly rude. My Reese’s blizzard had nothing but a few specks of chocolate bits and I received a small fry after I ordered and paid for a large. There were so many people waiting that I decided it wasn’t even worth going back in. The few other workers were doing their best to get everything out, but it was a mess. Will not be back to this location.

  Never got my food because the service was so bad. Placed my order through the Drive through by the time I got to the Window. My order was wrong. I repeated my order back, they closed the window, opened it again and told me what I had ordered and what I was telling them was different. And I said, okay, well, this is what I want instead of giving me what I wanted. The window attendant decided to just argue with me about it I repeated my order 3 times before.I fined just gave up and left after I had already spent twenty minutes in line.

  "Customer No Service," Is the norm here. While the food is good, the staff is entire need of real training from the management down. Everyone seems to be doing their own thing, sauntering about at a snails pace.

  I donot give out 1 stars lightly, but the service, food and atmosphere leave much to be desired. I ordered a cookie jar, and unfortunately there was no cookie dough. The ice cream tasted funny, as if the machine had not been cleaned out for a while. Tasted old.

  The best thing I can say is the lady at the drive thru order screen was kind. She asked our order then said hold on... she came back and asked again and apologized. THEN we pulled to the window, a man with a shirt that had MANAGEMENT on it was there. He didn't say anything, just reached out his hand. We gave him the phone for tap pay. He started talking to some workers and shut the window. He had it long enough for the screen to time out. He opened the window, and said...unlock this. He again held the phone, luckily he handed it off to a young lady and she disappeared with it. She returned and handed receipt and phone to that man. Without looking at us, he handed it out the window. Then he turned and said, let me see that. Then motioned his fingers toward the receipt. Sister handed it back, he read it out loud, then again without looking he held his hand out with the receipt. When the items came, my sister and I had turned our heads for 1 second. 1. He said hellllooooooo. Sister turned to him, he hung his arm out of the window with the 2 blizzards. He didn't say anything. Not here you go, enjoy, thank you, sorry about the wait, nothing. He closed the window. We drove off. I ordered a small Heath blizzard. My cup was 2/3 full. It had Heath but also had pieces of peanut butter (probably Reese's cup pieces). I'm not allergic but I can see how it could hurt some others. Just all around a very poor experience. Especially from a member of management that is in charge of fielding these issues and trying to correct them. If he's that poor of a leader, then how can he train the employees to be successful.
