Atmosphere was everything you’d want at a pub in historic Savannah unfortunately that was where the good comments and experience ended. Before even ordering We were warned by a guest that claimed to leaving due to bad service, we should have headed his warning… we were greeted promptly, however after the initial greeting we we’re basically ignored unless we flagged them down. We payed extra for Parmesan truffle Fries that were cold, soggy, and completely void of truffle and Parmesan. My fish was soggy as well. We would have communicated that to Chase at the bar but no one ever came back to ask us how our food was. We asked for malt vinegar and HM, Chase grabbed the malt vinegar but verbally said the HM would be a min…. We watched him make a few drinks, help move tables, chairs, disappear to the kitchen multiple times and never returned with the HM. When we asked for it again as well as our checks chase told us he forgot but he informed us he got to eat some pretzel bites in the back so it wasn’t a total loss…My friend and I were the ONLY ones at the bar other than ONE other person so for two women who have been in the service industry for a combined time of over 40 years that is unacceptable.

We walked in this place wanting to sit at the bar, but there wasn’t any seats. We asked to sit at a table near the bar and we were ignored. The staff walked past us multiple without acknowledging us: we walked out!
Don’t bother going here! If the staff isn’t attentive in a service driven environment, walk away!!!
Sad because we had high hopes!!!!

We had appetizers and drinks at the rooftop bar and had a lovely time. The staff were friendly and quick, and we were impressed by how good the roast beef was on the poutine. Enjoyed the experience and will come back for another meal.

If you know me, you know they call me the "Garbage Disposal"—if it’s on the table, it’s going in the hatch. But at Churchill’s, I actually wanted to slow down and savor it. We kicked things off with the pimento cheese balls, and let’s just say they were life-changing. If "life-changing cheese" isn't on your bucket list, update the list.
The crab cake sliders were solid, and the pretzel with beer cheese and mustard was exactly the kind of salty, gooey comfort I live for. Special shoutout to the spinach dip; it arrived with a melted cheese crust over the bowl that looked like a work of art before I promptly destroyed it with pita chips. Aunt Peggy opted for the Shepard’s Pie, and while I didn't get a crack at it this time, it looked incredible. The word around the table is that their pies are the real deal. Generous portions, well-executed classics, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay for one more round. I’ll be back for that Shepard’s Pie next time.

On Sunday night at 7 PM, we arrived and were seated quickly at the tables on the right. We presented an official Puerto Rico Real ID and it was not accepted when ordering a drink; they asked for a U.S. passport. I noticed that the waiter did not ask anyone else around us.
I want to provide some guidance on the rights of Puerto Ricans in U.S. territory:
Puerto Ricans have been U.S. citizens since the Jones Act of 1917.
An official Puerto Rico ID, including the Real ID, is valid throughout the United States.
Private businesses may have their own policies, but legally, a Puerto Rico ID must be accepted as proof of age to purchase alcohol.
It’s important to know our rights and remember that we cannot be discriminated against because of our citizenship or territorial ID.
The food was good, but the waiter should be better informed.
