- CFCaroline FeavelApr 17, 20261.0No one was working the drive through line outside like usual. We waited in drive through for 30min before we got to the speaker to announce we had a mobile order to pick up. Then it was another 20min before we finally got our food. We would have left the line and gone in for our food but we didn’t realize how long it would until we were locked in to the drive through with no way to get out. Not sure it was worth the wait.

And there wasnt an usual amount of people in line. Never again, you can drive across town and to a different location and still be done before this one. Unacceptable.

We ordered 2 kids meals w/fruit cups, 2 medium fries, 2 milkshakes, a 5 count nuggets, @ 1 grilled chicken sandwich. It was t busy when we got there. The made all of the to go, door dash, Uber Eats orders first as well as drive through a. After 15 minutes I asked them can we please have our food. After 25 minutes we got it, I had to ask for the fruit cups that were missing. Loudly 3 times, I asked the manager, who should not be the manager for help. Finally a nice older lady with blonde hair gave me the fruits cups, she seemed like the only person who knew what she was doing up front.

Along with that being said I was doing uber tonight. I arrived at 9:20 they close at 10. As a uber driver you’re required to go inside for your order. So I tried but doors were LOCKED. I decided to try and call the restaurant, come to my surprise NOBODY answered and I called 5 TIMES!!!!! That’s absolutely ridiculous I don’t know if they assume I’m going to wait in a 30 min to an HOUR in line. I’m telling you I absolutely will not be coming back to this location!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and need to do better for delivery drivers.
