  I placed a online order what did you for chicken tenders tater tots and wedges and beefcheesesteak.... They gave me smaller portions on the mill on the sandwich and I asked him hey they messed up my sandwich they didn't give me enough portions and they refuse to put more portions but they told me I have to pay pretty much $5 for extra..... If you looking for equal price for food this is not the restaurant.... It's a great atmosphere place though

  Our first visit we waited 45 minutes and not one staff member greeted us or took our order. We were hesitant to come back but we really wanted some wings. We came it at opening, we were greeted and seated quickly. Customer service was on point. SHONDA SHONDA SHONDA! She was attentive and polite, food was good, she brought us refills and to go boxes without even asking. Truly a redeeming experience. Thank you Shonda for serving us!!

  Food was good. Terrible customer service....3 managers standing around and didn't resolve an issue we had redeeming points....#1 rule is the customer is always right!! Not here though. There was hardly any customers there at all and they let us leave angry! They just lost our business for good!!!!

  i personally left a complaint to the staff , the girl that was working the front 4/11/26 around 8:30 pm just did not seem to know what she was doing . Not a single hi , hello , give me one moment and i’ll take care of you , nothing . she barley acknowledged any customer while running back and forth from the back . she said eventually after seeing her look clueless for 8 min was “the name?” . wings were a bit dry just like the service . i mean its a basic wbw but the service could be so much better

  Ive been to Buffalo Wild Wing hundreds of times since I was a kid at the original one in Ohio. Never have a I felt compelled to leave a good review. However, our server Jiovanni (hopefully I've spelled his name correctly) went over and above with his excellent service, demeanor, and helpfullness. Want a great experience here? Ask for this guy. Hes awesome. Food was great as expected, but the service will bring me back to this location. Its rare in today's day and age.
