  This store needs new management. I hate how they represent the B&J name. Always very rude customer service. The place is gross. I’ve been in the kitchen …. It’s even worse. Do not recommend

  Trell was awesome! She was the only one manning the register and the ice cream and she did it was ease and great customer service :)

  I was in Savannah for six nights. Three of those nights we went to Ben & Jerry’s for dessert. Actually, for two of them, we each had a pint for dinner. Ordering in advance was key. They are frequently very busy. And the marshmallow sky flavor was out of this world. I can’t believe I can’t get it in a store. Anywhere. I checked the three places that I live most frequently. Sad.

  I'll start by saying Ben & Jerry's makes my favorite ice cream and I had exceptional service at this location in Savannah. My wife has a gluten allergy and then young worker behind the counter took the time to make sure my wife was well informed of gluten free flavors and her options. The staff here were working hard and kind even though it was clearly busy being smack dab in the middle of Broughton. They brought a smile to our family tonight and on our next trip to Savannah they'll be one of our most looked forward to stops!

  Super disappointing. Classic high traffic / tourist business relying 100% on location while delivering mediocre product and terrible service. Came in on an afternoon with a nearly empty store and the two employees were utterly disinterested and barely helpful. The young woman “helping” us reluctantly mumbled responses to basic questions and then abruptly walked away while mid question (took a few since she was barely audible and not interested in helping). The other young man was focused on his phone, both visibly annoyed at having customers to bother them. Both deadpan and moving in slow motion the entire time. I guess they are ahead of their time, forced the indignity of work before they can be replaced by automation and enjoy universal basic income. Meanwhile Ben & Jerry’s and their customers deserve employees who are capable of eye contact, a smile, and being a little helpful.
