  I came through the drive-thru at 11:45 Sunday morning. I ordered a meat and three box. And then a honey mustard chicken wrap with a three-piece potato cake. None of my fried food is fresh the potato cakes are soft and dry, the mozzarella sticks actually are cold in the middle, the curly fries are hard and cold I have not tried the peach biscuit. There was no reason my food could not have been made fresh. There was no one in front of me in the Drive-Thru or behind me. I was parked and still received cold food. I tried to call the restaurant 3 times and all I got was ringing and ringing I couldn't even get a voicemail. I do not eat out a lot anymore something because it's very reason there is no service anymore. I just spent $15 on food I cannot eat. I was a restaurant manager for 25 years. I often say I cannot run a restaurant today.

  The best Arby's in the area. I came for St. Patrick's and had a delicious roast beef and cheese, french fries, and a drink. Everything was hot and fresh as usual. Jakayla assisted me, very friendly and Miss Brenda as well. I like that the staff were in the holiday spirit!

  This is the best Arby’s in Savannah but for some reason they are putting MAYONNAISE on everything and MAYONNAISE is disgusting. I ordered Togo yesterday and got a French dip and Swiss and they didn’t put Swiss on it at all and loaded it with MAYONNAISE. I also got a Turkey Bacon Ranch and guess what globbed with MAYONNAISE. My whole 2 meals were ruined and they never answer the phone they just let it ring. Save your money and go across the street and buy a bottle of MAYONNAISE! You will the get same experience at a 1/4 of the cost! They also forgot to give me my sweet tea!
