  “I called ahead on 4/2/26 to place my order, and the manager told me they wouldn’t start preparing it until I arrived. He also came across as irritated and unprofessional, audibly sighing instead of providing basic customer service. By the time I walked in, I still placed a combo order, only to find out they had no bottled water or any non-carbonated drink options, so I had to leave without a drink. To make matters worse, when I checked my bag, the bottom was soaked with grease, and my order was missing ranch—there wasn’t any blue cheese available either. This experience was frustrating and far below expectations. This is not the Wingstop way, and definitely not the level of service customers should receive.”

  Horrible customer service. Food is not made fresh. I put it in an online order and called two minutes after placing the order to change flavors once I got to the restaurant the young lady at the Register said oh yeah, they couldn’t change the flavor because your order was already made. So my order was made in two minutes? She was very rude and unprofessional will not be returning.

  This experience at Wingstop was bad enough to warrant this terrible review. The cashier was actually very friendly and helpful — the only bright spot in the entire visit. Unfortunately, the cook completely ruined it. The cook with dreads was extremely unprofessional, loud, and vulgar the entire time I was there. There was constant use of inappropriate language, and the attitude toward both coworkers and customers was disrespectful and uncomfortable. It felt chaotic and unwelcoming, especially for a place that’s supposed to be enjoyable. It’s disappointing because good customer service starts in the back just as much as the front. One great employee can’t make up for that kind of behavior. Management seriously needs to address this. I won’t be returning.

  The customer service was pretty good. The store didn't have any cups for ice. 10 wings, and two blue cheese dips."NO FRIES OR DRINK" 18.00. You dont get thr first dressing free. That's absolutely insane!!!! Also the bathroom appeared to be clean and neat, but just like in the store further up Roswell in the Publix plaza, it smelled like sewage.
