The prices are false, what's posted in the menu isn't what you're charged. The staff seems to also take issue with the expectation that you get what you ordered and what you paid for. Horrible attitude from the young brother who may be some kind of manager, even after overcharging nearly $10 for a shake and it was disgusting to boot. After preparing a dripping milkshake that was basically milk with too much chocolate and too much cheesecake. First they added none then when asked to make it right they add WAYYYYYY too much on purpose over mixed dripped all over my car and my clothes.. Spend your money elsewhere this location is unprofessional rude and just gross.
I had a very frustrating experience with this Sonic at 5903 Roswell Rd in Sandy Springs. I paid for three items I never received, and by the time I realized it, I was already 35 minutes home. When I called the store, "Larry" confirmed there had been a second bag that was never brought to my car, but said the store could not process app refunds and told me to call corporate. Larry also said that he was the manager and he couldn't escalate this any further because his GM was on vacation and he didn't want to bother her.
Corporate was no help either. After multiple holds and a lot of wasted time, I was told they could not issue a partial refund and only offered a gift card for the missing items, if I created a sonic account. I paid for food I did not get, and nobody was willing to properly fix it.
Beware ordering from this location, especially through the app. If they forget part of your order, you may have a very hard time getting your money back. In my experience, paying for items you never receive and then being denied a refund feels like theft.

Pulled into a space & tried to order. Thought it was broken because it’s stuck on ‘making food’ so pull to drive thru & genuinely thought because of how slow this place was I had pulled into the drive thru that was closed (there’s 2) cause I couldn’t get a response. Finally pulled into the other drive & got a quick ‘we’re not taking orders at this time thanks’. Loved this place as a kid. First & LAST attempt at trying as an adult. Can literally buy everything on the menu & make the same slushies somewhere else myself. At least make it more clear.

The only thing worse than the service was the food. I pulled upnto the drive-thru only to be ignored by the drive-thru employee. When it was evident that he wasn't going to assist me, I pulled up to the window and was greeted with an attitude. I ordered a burger meal and corn dog with tater tots and a refresher. I added a lemon berry slush as well...THE ONLY edible thing was the tater tots. The rest of the food was absolutely AWFUL and the refresher wasnt anything but water with fruit pieces in it. I guess they put all of the flavor into the slush because it was far to sweet to consume. Complete waste of time and money. With all of the Sonics going out of business, THIS location should have been the first to go

Every single time we come to this location, they act like it is the first day that all of them employees started with no training. I was in the drive thru, remembering that coupons/rewards are better on the app. I had time to download, install, login, browse, debate with a 7 year old about what he preferred, update payment method... I was 3rd in the line to order on the left hand drive-thru. Oops... the app defaults to you parking in a space and I am trapped. I decided since I should be ordering in very short order, I could just enter a number to get my order started & since he wanted monster (mozzarella) sticks, it would be fine because they typically have to cook to order. Placed order that was to be ready at 5:02. Welp, I didn't get to the drive through until 5Float. Kid is knocked out sleep. It still wasn't ready. I had to pull forward to wait. They didn't have the sweet tea I ordered, the morning shift didn't make it. Ugh... I wasn't given a straw for the kids Coke float. No Dipping sauce for the cold monster sticks that the sleeping kid is sure to not want anymore. The replacement drink that I had to pick quickly was disgusting. I really do not understand how this beautiful building of a Sonic is able to operate like this... complete chaos. It is not fast food. Each time we visit, this is the 3rd time, there is practically an hour wait.
