  I had a really frustrating experience at this location tonight. I understand they may have been busy or short-staffed, so at first I wasn’t upset that no one immediately acknowledged me when I walked in. However, the issue was that my order (#1292446097) was already finished and sitting there the entire time. It was marked ready at 11:06 PM, and I walked in at 11:08 PM. I didn’t leave until around 11:20 PM. When I walked in, there were two staff members working and two DoorDash drivers already waiting. While I was standing there, another DoorDash driver came in and was helped once their order was boxed. Then another customer walked in and was given their order before me, even though I had been waiting longer and my food was already ready. After that, the other DoorDash drivers were helped as well — all while my order continued to sit there. Only after helping everyone else did someone finally say, “we’ll be right with you.” On top of that, both pizzas had issues. The Alfredo pizza itself had Alfredo sauce, but a broken garlic sauce container was placed in the box and leaked everywhere. The pizza that was supposed to have red sauce had little to no sauce on it at all, and I was given a small sauce cup on the side instead, which does not make up for the pizza being made incorrectly. The leaking garlic sauce made a mess inside the box and also got onto my car. I understand being busy, but ignoring a customer with a completed order, serving incorrectly made food, and packaging items carelessly like this is unacceptable. This isn’t the experience I usually have at this location, which made it even more disappointing.

  I rarely leave reviews, but I felt this experience warranted one. I placed a pickup order through the app and arrived a few minutes early. I was told it would take a little longer since I had arrived ahead of the scheduled time, which I completely understood. When I returned 5–7 minutes later, I was informed that my pizza had been dropped while coming out of the oven and they were remaking it. I appreciate the honesty, and I understand that mistakes happen. I was offered a complimentary drink, which I accepted. However, the wait ended up being nearly 40 minutes, and during that time several other customers came in, received their orders, and left before me. That was frustrating. Given the significant delay and inconvenience, I felt that offering only a drink didn’t adequately make up for the situation. A partial discount or comping part of the meal would have felt more appropriate. As I was leaving after requesting a refund, the pizzas were just coming out, and no additional compensation was offered beyond the drink. I understand that accidents happen, but better customer service recovery would have made a big difference. Ended up with chic fil a and I’m happy with that choice 😋

  Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas for delivery food was extremely stink and disgusting I couldn’t eat it. The cheese smell sour and old.

  Absolute trash! I’m down the street at the Extended StayAmerica and the driver told me she’s in the lobby. What’s the purpose of having delivery if you’re gonna wait in the lobby and not come to the room? So I called her back and told her to send it back! I would never ever order from this Papa John’s again! I’m glad I didn’t use my debit card and I had cash on demand
