  Absolutely love this Jimmy Johns crew. By far my favorite store. I noticed a lot of reviews left by customers complaining but I eat inside often and I see first hand how hard this crew works trying to get the customers orders to them on time. It has to be hard servicing the entire area of Sandy Springs when everyone is hungry all at the same time. This is by far once of the best run Jimmy Johns I’ve visited.

  Ordered and paid thru the app and showed up 15 minutes later to a locked door (over 4 hours before closing). I banged on the door and 2 employees came out from the back….looks like they were taking a weed break. My sandwich was not ready and then they proceeded to make my sandwich. It was freaky slow.

  Found a bug in my food!! And they refused to refund me!!! They also continued to make sandwiches with the same supply my sub came from. My sub was veggie so it could have been in any of the veggies.

  I was trying to order a sandwich while at work & the lady acted like she didn't want to deliver it. Mind you, we're literally at the corner across from them, but it was cold & I didn't want to go out. Next thing I know, she hung up on me & would not answer the phone when I was calling back to speak with a manager. Do yourself a favor & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
