He tried to collect the bill paid already in front of us to see how much tip we have put for him, which is very rude. And more importantly, after that he tried to act more rude by not coming back to our table or behave as friendly as before that. He tries to force customers to give him tip of 20% minimum and if you give him less, he may fist your face too. So, he looks very angry in his personality and is like the thugs who use knives for showing their power in the business. He should know that all people coming to his restaurant are not rich to expect give him 20% tip atleast. Plus, giving tip is an option to customer to give or not give.So, in summary, try to avoid confronting with him(His name is Ali) because he is not a polite person at all and acts like thugs."

By the time you have sat on hold for 10 minutes, rest assured that you will have completely lost your mind. And in the end, the food was bland. Extremely disappointing.

You get a a very nice meal at a reasonable price. We also like that they take reservations and have their own large parking lot! Very few places in Sandy Springs have either! We highly recommend Zaffron’s to everyone!
