When I got to the window I was informed the cook turned off the fryer and the chalupa’s shell needed to be fried so the employee was giving me other options however then when I was handed my food she was informed that order was made. When I arrived to my destination the chalupa shell was not fried and the everything was soggy. The fried shell is what makes the meal taste so well. I was highly disappointed. Why would the fryer be off with 2 more hours left. If I wanted a soft taco I would ordered it!

When I came back I asked them for my order and the manager told me to go to the line once again, when I got there they told me that my order was not there! Worst service, will never recommend.

Upon entering, I felt overlooked and decided to use the drive-thru instead. I ordered a large fresh fry, but it was served twice, both times not fresh and actually a small size.
