We ordered the creamy chipotle sauce with the steak dipper and also paid for an extra side of nacho cheese so we could try both. Upon arriving home, we noticed that both of the dipping sauces were missing. We called the store to ask to be refunded for the steak dipper and the extra sauce since we did not have time to drive back to the restaurant. The manager, Edith, told us that she would not issue a refund over the phone even though we had the receipt and all its details, and that we would have to drive back to the restaurant to get the refund. Is this Taco Bell’s policy? It is ridiculous to ask a customer to drive 15 minutes to get refunded for a store error. I would like for someone to contact me to rectify this situation.
