My girlfriend wanted a fun drink late in the night. To keep my queen happy, I decided to drive her to the sonic. We ordered her fun drink, and onion rings. We waited for 30 minutes, my girlfriend’s heart was slowly starting to shatter. When she was about to lose hope, the food finally showed up. 30 minutes for a limeade and onion rings is bonkers. Anyway, her drink was not the right drink and the onion rings were vomit worthy. My girlfriend was so excited for the popping bubbles but there were none in sight, that really broke her heart into a million pieces, she was crying tears that turned into rivers, ultimately causing a flood in Sandy springs. I had to fix her heart with super glue and then mop of all of Sandy springs that night, it was a long night. I collected all the water in a bucket and left it in front of the sonic. It’s salty. Ps: attached a photo of her crying.

This is by car the WORST sonic in the world. The staff was unbelievably rude, short tempered, the store was comically understaffed. We waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order of 3 milkshakes– mind you they weren't even mixed. Straight up ice cream in a cup with some frozen strawberries poured on top. Definitely will not be returning. #whatthehelly

Placed a mobile order at 8:17, it’s 9pm and I’m still waiting out for them to bring it to my car :/ I understand being understaffed but they have no line anymore and still won’t bring out my order. My order was 2 slushies. No food, just 2 drinks. Very frustrating and feels like a waste of time and money.

Staff is friendly & professional & food is good but the wait time is ridiculous. Talking 10,15,20 plus minutes even when there's an empty lot. I once waited 30 minutes & just decided to leave. I was scrolling on my phone so I didn't notice how much time had passed . Awful EVERYTIME. I keep going back because it's by my nail salon so I dont usually mind waiting after I've gotten my nails done. But it's bad wait time

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to the light skinned lady taking orders was rude. I mean rude for absolutely no reason. I ordered the smash burger on Dec 13 at around 3:20, the lady that came out to give me my food was odd and rude I even asked her how was her day all she said was $11.30 which was my total. I paid for it and she dipped she didn’t give me time to ask for ketchup or nothing. As I pulled up to try to get their attention at the door, all of them just stood there as if I wasn’t there at all. A guy sitting in the eating area asked me if I could get some ketchup for him because he had been trying to get there attention for the longest. They just ignore you like you just didn’t pay your money. The customer service here is aweful and the manager or team leader or whatever he is, is right along with it. The young guy finally came out and I was able to ask him for ketchup and he apologized for his co-workers. But the light skinned lady and all the other employees act as if the line was out the parking lot like Chick Fil A. My food was distasteful I’ve went to a number of Sonic’s and I’ve never had a problem. If I wanted to give the lady a tip she didn’t give me time at all. This place really deserves a ZERO. If you don’t want to be bothered then warehouses are always hiring where you can work by yourself and not in customer service.
