I am baffled by why the low score, then I read on, still baffled because you want to blame this establishment for missing food when you use a delivery service, there are plenty of cases where drivers eat food or get revenge because the person ordering is a bad tipper, who knows. The point is that your grievance is with the service not the food establishment, once it leaves the establishment responsibility is transferred to the delivery service. I would start logging pictures for proof. My experience was wonderful!

- KVKyla VernerOct 9, 20251.0Rudest experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s! I explained to the girl at the drive-thru window this evening about my severe allergies to chocolate. I already have issues with people not taking me seriously when I bring up my allergy, but it’s a real thing and has sent me to the ER multiple times. I had just seen her hand someone a hot fudge sundae and kindly asked if she had any chocolate on her hands or anything, as a precaution for my safety. She responded in the rudest tone saying that “she didn’t make my food” and “okay??” with the most distasteful, unsympathetic look on her face. Where are the people who understand the dangers of cross contamination for those of us with food allergies?! Unprofessional and irresponsible. Forget this place!
