The cashier in particular is entirely useless - a perfect example of why AI really needs to replace many employees as fast as possible. Came here on a Saturday night and the service was incredibly slow, and the cashier ignored me for about 20 minutes, despite the place being near empty. We are all just witnessing the demise of the service industry as a whole it seems. So sad to see this happen. Johnnys used to be great, but nothing good tends to last it seems.

And of course the pizza, and garlic knots, were delicious. Been loving johnnys for decades and of course we’ll be back!
