Absolutely love this Jimmy Johns crew. By far my favorite store. I noticed a lot of reviews left by customers complaining but I eat inside often and I see first hand how hard this crew works trying to get the customers orders to them on time. It has to be hard servicing the entire area of Sandy Springs when everyone is hungry all at the same time. This is by far once of the best run Jimmy Johns I’ve visited.

Ordered and paid thru the app and showed up 15 minutes later to a locked door (over 4 hours before closing). I banged on the door and 2 employees came out from the back….looks like they were taking a weed break. My sandwich was not ready and then they proceeded to make my sandwich. It was freaky slow.

What is this, where is the lettuce & tuna? I was wondering why the sandwich felt so thin. I shop here at least twice a week, very disappointed.
