I thought the purpose of ordering online and updating your status was so the food would be ready when you arrived. It also seemed like they rushed to finish them because when I got back to work, I realized the fries weren’t fully cooked and I didn’t get the Cajun fries I ordered. I had stopped going to this location before because there always seemed to be an issue, but I decided to give it another try after some time away. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like much has changed.
