    Got to Dunkin Prado location at 5:03am and placed an order through the app. She told me to proceed to the window and when I get to the window, she told me to go to the front and wait in my food would be brought out shortly. The donut was missing from my order so I walked inside to tell her my donut was missing and the snackin bacon was cold. I didn't realize that it was served cold because I've just always must've gotten it fresh but this time it was cold so I mentioned that when I went in to get the donut as well. She immediately said "The bacon is premade, so it's always cold" But in my case, it just hasn't ever been as cold or as hard. She finally said it's an option to warm it up so I asked her to warm it up and then she went and set up the oven and then came back and asked me "the bacon?" I took it out the bag and gave it to her, and she chucked it into the trashcan. And proceeded to make a new batch of bacon. Anyways, this experience was really uncomfortable and I wanted to order something else, but Her attitude just sucked really bad and I didn't wanna talk to her anymore, and the other girl was just completely distracted by opening creamers. I really just wanted the donut that I paid for... and I hate an attitude. The date is 1/12.

    I have absolutely no problem with tipping, actually I'm an over tipper but since when were we asked to tip BEFORE we pay for our coffee?? I went to the drive thru for ONE cup of coffee and was handed the tip pad and told I had to tip BEFORE I pay!!!!!!!! That's one of the reasons I left greedy Starbucks. DUNKIN DO BETTER. Customers don't want to be asked to tip BEFORE we pay for our coffee.

    Came and ordered a Matcha blended well with caramel and cold foam and got something completely different. Gave me a hard time to even reimburse or replace my drink. The Manager name here is Blanca will be contacting the corporate office and the owner.

    Young people, made my croissant sandwich lousy with a half of the sandwich bread. I went back in and he had a lousey attitude, while remaking my sandwich, never apologized for the lousy service and inconvenience of having to go back in.

    No consistency with my drink, I swear, every time it's like hit or miss, overwasting my money here. I go daily, but today I just gave up. The workers are terrible today, like slugs. They should all be fired. Like zombies. Just close the doors if you can't do better. Like a coffee shouldn't taste different depending on the staff!!! At this point, Dunkin should step in!! Here I second this review!!! Can’t wait till the other one reopens!!!! Have stopped at this location several different times in hopes that it would be better. But the experience is always awful. Their service is always severely lacking. Either they don’t know what you ordered when you get to the window, or they try to give you someone else’s order. I’ve seen the manager or shift leader berate a worker in front of other employees and customers over the drive-thru time. There definitely needs to be a change from the top down. Can not wait for the different location to reopen Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
