  Horrible. Laziest workers ever. 3 different people came in from drive thru because their orders were wrong. I ordered 2coffees and , it took 10 minutes.

  The coffee is inconsistent and everyone needs customer service training. It is never okay to tell a customer, "Can't nobody even hear you!" Never again

  I thought I was the only one. I'm realizing that this place has a pattern of bad habits. I was on Vacation from FL. Came here with my family otw back home. The guy at the register act like I was an inconvenience to him and had his pants hanging down with his boxers showing. He act like he couldn't open his mouth and talk up. All the tables were dirty. The donuts and drink was OK or maybe because I was starving and I didn't eat my food because the chicken wasn't done and the bagel was like a small rock. Never seen a bagel look like that before. I never write reviews or complain much but I spent almost $40 dollars for this BS and my wife was very disappointed. I took a survey to share my experiences and got a coupon where I can get a free donut if I purchase a drink. Lol. We go to dunkin donuts at home all the time and never had an experience like this. This store needs to be ashame and take responsibility and fix this place before it gets taken over by robotics. I know this because I work with robotics for a living and AI is coming for places like this because people are lazy now a days and think everything is a joke. Good luck on your future.

  Disgusting. The restaurant is gross and needs a thorough clean. The food prep area looks sus, and their bathroom is abysmal. And on top of that they’re one of those places with a code for the bathroom. That’s just a crumby business practice. If you’re going to charge people to use their bathroom you could at least sweep the floor and stock toilet paper.

  I know this Dunkin is employed by mostly younger adults and I’m pretty gracious about how they’ve acted a few times I’ve been here.. but today was pretty bad. The young lady at the drive thru had to yell to get someone to make my food. And apparently it was taking awhile so they pulled me up front. When I got my food I went to bite into it and it was still frozen.. I don’t think I’ll be ordering food from yall again.. I’ll just stick to drinks.. and I might just go the extra few miles to the Dunkin down the road..
