At the window, another employee treated me like I was a problem without hearing me out. Most concerning, the person preparing my food was using a personal phone and recording food while handling my order, with long hair hanging over the counter. I stayed calm and polite, but I left worried about customer service and food safety. Hoping management sees this and provides coaching….I'd like to feel comfortable coming back.
