The pizza showed it was ready 1 full hour prior to it even being sent out for delivery. Upon arriving at our room the box was hot but the pizza was burnt around crust, top was rubbery and bottom crust was cold. I attempted to call back and stayed on hold another 20 mins which no one ever answered. $30 wasted. Still no resolution. It's completely sad how bad service has become in the US. Companies just don't care and employees are intitled. Dominos you failed and the only one it effects is my family. You get a zero star but one star was what it made me pick.
