You go through a completely useless AI assistant who then diverts your call to a location of its choosing making it impossible to track. I finally located the actual location only to be questioned on the phone about if I had the correct location without actually checking. He then checks only to inform that an hour later my pizza has been “ordered” after I asked to cancel he said it was out for delivery and then I magically get a delivery text only for it to still take an additional 20+ mins. I don’t live 20 mins away

The last few times I’ve gone to this location for carry out, it does clearly show new ownership/management. They are now well-staffed, friendly, quick and accurate on orders and the store looks clean. Complete turnaround (so far). I will be back. Well done mgmt. (Original): Last three times I ordered and payed online, I showed up when it said it was ready, and they hadn’t even started it, so I had to wait at the store while they made it from the start. Another time they charged me online, gave someone else my pizza, then had to charge me for another one saying that it was policy and the original charge would be refunded to my card. It was not; so I basically payed double for one pizza and had to wait with a rude employee working by herself. Pizza turns out good, but avoid this place if possible.
