  The service I received on 03/19/26 was horrible. Order #994, I'm not sure if the owner can go back & look at the footage but I came in to pickup pizza was ready. The young man at counter was attempting to translate a call in Spanish, he has a friend on his personal phone translation on speaker to a customer calling in/checking on order. I would normally see this as "going above & beyond" to help someone, however I had to wait over 20 minutes to get my pizza. Theodore I believe was making pizzas at time did not acknowledge me, however when a female walked in, he immediately stop what he was doing to check on her, confirmed her order got it ready & eventually checked her out (gave her free sauces, because she said she forgot to put order). Meanwhile another gentleman walks in & is also checked out before me by the young man doing the translation call. I was the first in a little before 9pm & I was the last one out. To make matters worse Theodore did not cut the pizza, the young man on phone had to put pizza (pan) in the correct box & cut. You heard me right my pizza was sitting on a shelf before I walked in - took over 20 minutes to get to me. It wasn't even made correctly (I ordered well done but it was barely & I mean barely cooked). Did I also mention, Theodore did not have on a hairnet. Please ask him what made the other customer special & saw me waiting. It was other staff in the back but I wasn't sure if they were on break. Again not making this up, look at footage. It's a shame I have to drive to a dominos outside of Sandy Springs to get both good service & pizza.

  Sam was amazing and so helpful. I was having the most trouble with the app and he came through and saved the day. Not to mention the food was fresh and delicious. Shout out to sam.

  Food was what you’d expect from dominos. Not bad at all but the issue was service. It took an entire hour and 15 minutes for my 2 medium pies to be completed even though the app said they had been done in about half that.
