The general manager Sarah will refuse to give out information when asked and always has a rude attitude. This is a local franchise so corporate can not do anything about it. When asked for the owners number Sarah would refuse to give it out. When employess need their pay stubs or checks she states she can not do anything about but she can. When it comes to service Sarah will hang up the phone instantly if you have a complaint or have another employee pretend to be the manager. They also admitted to pretend to be out of food just so they get their drive thru time back to normal. If you get your food and its cold she will refuse to replace it. She will also walk in the office if customers need to talk to her. Again this is a local franchise and she refuses to give out the owners or general managers number so you can make a proper complaint.
