  The fries were cold and shriveling up. Order was wrong had to remake order.

  Went to redeem the March Madness special - frosty and small fries and was met with quite a bit of resistance. Others on line had similar issues. If there is such a promotion, the store should know about it, rather than make up obstacles on the spot. This experience does not make me want to come back.

  Went to this location on 3/29/26 and received raw meat. I placed an order for online pickup. The order consisted of a double stack burger. One of the patties on the burger was completely raw inside. I took it back and asked for a refund but was told they couldn't process a refund because it was on online order. Called Wendy's customer service and was told the store manager would process the refund. Horrible food even worse customer service. Not to mention, never got a refund.

  If youre closed youre closed, but you might want to turn off your menu, lights or something, and make sure the ai or auto greeting or whatever doesnt play when people pull up unknowingly a few minutes after close

  I wanted some regular nuggets and a sour cream & chive potato today so I stopped at this Wendy's. I decided to go inside and order to make sure my order would be correct. As soon as I walked inside, the first thing I noticed were the dirty, sticky floors. Next there was a sign on the register that said, "Sorry for the inconvenience, we are currently out of regular nuggets until our truck comes tonight. We currently only have spicy nuggets. Thank you for understanding." I DO NOT understand how you run out of something that's on the regular menu. When you get low on products, you should order them. That goes for condiments.That's just like running out of beef patties for the singles. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich instead. It wasn't good. I told the guy to add mayo to the chicken sandwich, it hardly had any. This was just a waste.
