Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Previously, we asked for grilled cheese and gotten a chicken sandwich. We asked for a plain burger with nothing on it and got tomatoes and onions. Tonight we asked for lettuce, tomato and pickles, and got lettuce, tomato and extra onions. We gave it a shot, we won't go back. Service is very slow when the place is empty, I just don't get it.

The drive thru lady was very nice and told me I had to wait for my food, no problem. I asked for a chicken sandwich with jalapeños and bacon slices, these are at least an extra $2 each. She came out with my order and verified it with me but said jalapeños and cheese and I asked her if she put the bacon slices like I asked and she said yes. I went home and realized my sandwich didn't have bacon slices OR jalapeños, so not only did I wait 10 mins for the wrong food but I paid EXTRA for the wrong food. Please Whataburger, DO BETTER!! im tired of my food continually being wrong or waiting so long for my order no matter what location I go to.

I have to ask what’s an ETA they’re back there laughing the time now is 448. I arrived here at 4:25 PM. This is the second bad experience. I’ve had with Whataburger please work on your customer service. Their excuses, they have to make a salad only because this is for a customer. It’s a reason I’m waiting, but I would never shop or eat at a Whataburger.
