- JWJames Williams4 days ago2.0Wendy's used to be known for hot freshly prepared premium hamburgers. Sadly this is no longer the case. In the past year I have eaten at this Wendy's only a few times and unfortunately each time I leave disappointed about my experience. I am convinced that the hamburgers at this location are pre-cooked and just sit in a warmer until a purchase is made. My Single Wendy's Hamburger (that I had earlier today) was only lukewarm. Also there was no lettuce at all on my hamburger! The Single Wendy's Hamburger is supposed to be a premium item on the Wendy's menu and sells regularly on its own for $5.69 so my expectation is that it should be freshly prepared, hot, and include all of the ingredients that it's supposed to come with. The two McDonalds nearby and the one Burger King nearby do a much better job at preparing hot fast food in Roswell and Alpharetta. Wendy's needs to get back to what made them a great burger joint back in the 80's and 90's otherwise they need to shutter their doors. I hope they will take this review seriously and make some changes for the better.
