  I wanted some regular nuggets and a sour cream & chive potato today so I stopped at this Wendy's. I decided to go inside and order to make sure my order would be correct. As soon as I walked inside, the first thing I noticed were the dirty, sticky floors. Next there was a sign on the register that said, "Sorry for the inconvenience, we are currently out of regular nuggets until our truck comes tonight. We currently only have spicy nuggets. Thank you for understanding." I DO NOT understand how you run out of something that's on the regular menu. When you get low on products, you should order them. That goes for condiments.That's just like running out of beef patties for the singles. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich instead. It wasn't good. I told the guy to add mayo to the chicken sandwich, it hardly had any. This was just a waste.

  I come to this Wendy’s often because it is right next to the Tesla charging station. This Wendy’s I’ve always had fresh fries and sandwiches from this location and it’s a lot better than other locations in the surrounding area. No Wendy’s is perfect and every now and then you may get old food but the customer service here has been great! I greatly appreciate the workers at this location!

  The Fish Sandwich for Lent is terrible. No fish all artificial crunch batter. So Sick of these companies adding artificial crunch agents in the ingredients it takes away from the flavor and taste. The frozen freezer sections of our grocery stores everything is EXTRA CRUNCHY, EXTRA CRISPY. who told yall to this? It does not enhance or improve the qualitt of the item. All we doing ishurting our teeth In the REAL WORLD i would eat all the crispy left over flour. Its tender crispy and well seasoned. This artificial stuff loses the flavor of the flour and the potato or the fish or the meat. It's terrible. There was no fish in there just hard bland rock coating and hurt teeth.

  jesus... i've had bad wendy's but y'all are the worst. placed a mobile order, drove to the store, first they give us the wrong food, then make us wait 20 minutes on our actual order, then we get the order and come home to realize: they estimated our nuggets. hubby gets 9 and i get 8. we both ordered 10. there's extra onions in the chili for no reason, he won't eat the chili now. and i'm stuck dealing with the headache from all of it. thank you for ruining our dinner and stealing our money. please learn to take pride in making people's food. i know y'all don't get paid enough but we didnt do nothing to deserve having our food shorted and order ticket ignored.

  Apparently COVID has changed everything including the hours of the dining room. Riddle me this, you have a fast food restaurant right next 12 superchargers. People like myself are likely to be charging early in the morning. Prime location for a fast food restaurant that serves breakfast...until you realize the dining room isn't open and the only way you can order food is via the drive through....wth?
