Tanner and Dequan provided some of the best and attentive customer service I have received in a long time. Tanner could clearly see that I was struggling on the machine with my order. He immediately offered assistance and made my experience that much easier. This is my favorite Wendy’s now y’all come and check them out over here!! ♥️

I ordered two burgers. I don’t know if I was overcharged, but I spent $17 on two burgers no french fries two burgers when I ate mine I was a little pissed off because my food was cold. It just didn’t taste right it was terrible. Yeah my meal was $17 and plus Taxi was close to $21 plus if we would order drinks the drinks are insanely priced at four dollars a pot that would’ve been like about a $35 meal just for two burgers and a two drinks it was insane. I believe I got over Charge

I had a mobile order. I understand that at times it can get busy. When I got my food everything was what I ordered, except for the fact that my chicken sandwich had a bite taken out out it. This is absolutely unacceptable! Please check the food before serving it!
